I’m Nenad Živojinović, Architectural Design and Planning specialist. To present my ideas in the best way possible, I perfected the use of 3D rendering and modelling tools. The part of the work that represents me the most is, without a doubt, the constant exploration, intelligent concepts and well-thought-out design methodology behind every final architectural product. To me, that’s the only right way to reach the architecture which practically satisfies people with high aesthetic standards. Expertise and talent are undoubtedly my essential qualities, but versatility, persistence and the desire to move forward are at the very core of my approach. Only by bravely facing challenges am I more focused and able to develop and grow.
The Way I Do It
First of all, I truly love what I do. A simple idea is always at the heart of my work. But, behind the scenes, a great deal of passion, energy and commitment is invested into its final simplicity. I channel all my ideas, thoughts and creativity to help clients materialize their ideas, however grand they may seem. The essence of my work is first finding the point of conflict, which is then followed by great adaptability in the relentless pursuit of in-depth understanding so as to reach a compromise that invariably earns trust. It may, however, be quite a long process sometimes, but I firmly believe that is the correct way. My clients and I learn a lot throughout this process which always proves itself to be worth the everlasting results.
Philosophy
Architecture is a social science primarily because it serves humanity and its needs. Designing is a process during which the true value of a project is created. When you’re original and have integrity, then it’s simply a matter of finding the right tools to bring it all to life. My passion is socially responsible architecture, which is achieved through the behavioural approach to architecture, where creating space has an immensely positive and humane effect on people’s habits and lives.
